
Megan Lucey, Esq. (formerly Vito)
Ms. Luceyreceived her Bachelor of Arts in 2015 from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island with a major in Administration of Justice and concentration in Juvenile Justice. While at Salve Regina, Ms. Lucey was a member of the school’s collegiate sailing team. Additionally, she volunteered as a mentor and tutor to incarcerated children in a juvenile detention facility.
Ms. Lucey obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2018. In law school, she interned at the Office of the Family Law Facilitator and various pro bono clinics. Ms. Lucey was a member of the Public Service Honors Society (2017 and 2018) and Phi Alpha Delta.
Ms. Lucey joined Mesnik Law Group in 2022 as an associate attorney focusing exclusively on family law. Ms. Lucey has successfully represented clients in a broad range of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence, and modification and enforcement of family law orders and judgements.
Ms. Lucey is passionate about helping her clients navigate through what can be a very stressful and confusing time in their lives. She strives for compassionate and effective legal representation to guide each client through the family law process.
