Caitlin Steele, Esq.

Caitlin Steele received her Bachelor of Arts in 2008 from Arizona State University Magna Cum Laude, with a major in Journalism with an emphasis in Media Management and minored in Business. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2011, where she was the recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in California Evidence, a Pro Bono Honors Award and participated in the Clinical Education program for several semesters.

After graduating law school, Ms. Steele volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic in the South Bay Courthouse as well as The Legal Aid Society of San Diego.

Ms. Steele practices exclusively in the area of family law. She provides counsel to parties during divorce, matters of custody and support, post-judgment modifications, and domestic violence. Ms. Steele has experience practicing in San Diego County since 2012. Ms. Steele worked for family law firms practicing exclusively family law before joining Mesnik Law Group. She has extensive experience in all areas of family law including, trials, domestic violence, property division, child custody and visitation, move away cases, child support, and spousal support.
